Design develops in areas with many immigrants
Areas with a high number of immigrants tend to have a developed public.icon Structure. This hypothesis is derived from the concept of Design in a Broad Sense and is also based on personal observations.
When immigration increases, it disrupts the Order that the native population had, leading to Chaos. This phenomenon is also discussed in theories like Dunbar's number.
As a result, it becomes challenging to control the マス itself, for example, when everyone speaks different languages. However, Public infrastructure is still essential.
This is where Design plays a crucial role. In fact, Public Design in countries like America and EU is exemplary. It embodies the concept of Antifragility.

When studying the Economics of Infrastructure, I realized that the important qualities of public spaces and services are Antifragility, Resiliency, Sustainability, and Accessibility. I found common ground between these concepts. https://t.co/fsZ7qeSx2n

/emoji/twitter.icon As a Public Service, the demand for physical networks such as railways, electricity, and water supply comes with significant costs for ensuring Antifragility and Resiliency. When it comes to liberalization and separation of responsibilities, it becomes challenging to determine who bears these costs and who is accountable. This is also a matter of safety.
